Degrees of Change
Degrees of Change prepares diverse, homegrown leaders to succeed in college and use their degrees to build more vibrant and equitable communities. I’ve helped them with collateral, office graphics, and branding two of their programs called Seeds Internships and Tacoma Completes.
Tacoma Completes is another program of Degrees of Change. This program is an city-wide initiative coordinated to foster a more diverse, vibrant, educated workforce by helping Tacoma Public School students seeking a post-secondary education to complete their degrees. The mark represents the circle of completion for graduates and the connection this program facilitates.
I helped Degrees of Change with new branding for their program Seed Internships. Seed Internships invests in the future of Pierce County by identifying exceptional college students and recent grads from underrepresented backgrounds, and matching them with top, local employers. It was important for the brand to fit within the current Degrees of Change family while standing alone.
